Five stars doesn’t even begin to describe the incredible experience that Gina and her team provided us for our wedding.
From creating our initial checklist to coordinating our requests to the vendors, Gina took care of it all, leaving us without much of the stress that we had heard about from friends who had already gotten married. Her tireless staff of “superheroes” (I emphasize this since I am a huge Iron Man / Tony Stark fan) really went the extra mile for us on the day of the wedding so we could be fully immersed and truly enjoy it all! Having been through a few weddings as a groomsman in the past, I was already aware of some of the day-of struggles a groom could go through. When we made it clear that eating during the reception was a priority, Gina planned and executed beautifully, giving us ample time to not only enjoy our dinner, but also time for my wife and I to enjoy small moments together during the hustle and bustle of the reception.

Our wedding was seamless because of Gina and her team! I was referred to Gina by a friend who had used her for her wedding. She was the only coordinator we spoke with and after our initial meeting we immediately knew she was the perfect fit for us. She is personable, organized, detail oriented and a foodie. Our top priority for a venue was “good food”, Gina knew exactly which venue to recommend and OMG I still can’t get over how delicious our food was at our wedding! She was mindful of our budget and vision and recommended vendors of different styles and price ranges. From someone who tends to procrastinate and can easily get overwhelmed, Gina was able to alleviate any stress I had with planning a wedding from Seattle and kept me on point with her check-lists and deadlines. She was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had during the planning process.
The day of the wedding flowed seamlessly, any hiccups we may have encountered we didn’t notice. Where do I start to describe the impact Gina and her team at Perfection had on our wedding. They were amazing and exceeded our expectations on every level! Organizing a wedding in Waikiki from New York was a scary prospect until I met Gina! From our very first conversation she was able to relate to the vision I had for our special day. She wasn’t pushy, she didn’t force her opinions or suggestions on us, rather she helped to find vendors and options that best suited our vision. It was very clear that she has an amazing working relationship with many vendors in O’ahu. In fact, everyone we worked with said the same thing when I told them who our wedding Planner was “You’re in great hands, Gina is amazing!”.
On our wedding day, I empowered Gina to make all the decisions and she did an outstanding job! My friends and family loved her and her team too.

Whether planning a small dinner party for ten or creating a gala New Year’s Eve Party for 100, Gina Ho and her Perfection Coordinators give the same degree of effort to each and every event. Our monthly dinner parties consist of engaging a private chef who creates a 6-8 course menu with appropriate wines. Gina arranges everything from the invitations to the RSVP’s to the dinner itself. When it comes to our yearly New Year’s Eve Party, the planning starts a year in advance. The themes range from Bollywood to Hollywood to Paris or Rome. Whether it’s an Eiffel Tower or Red Carpet entrance Gina seems to find exactly what is needed. One of my personal favorites was when Gina created a website for the event and all the guests had to go to the website to see if they were even invited. (Of course they all were). If it’s the ordinary or mundane then you don’t want this company. If it’s the unusual and extraordinary then you definitely want Gina Ho. The name of her company is most appropriate, because everything is done….. ‘To Perfection.
Can you imagine the work that goes into planning a four-day Convention for over 500 people in Hawaii? As VP of Sales for UndercoverWear, headquartered in Boston, that is part of my many responsibilities. I could not have achieved the amazing results for our convention if it were not for Gina Ho and her Perfection Coordinators. From the simplicity of a lei greeting to arranging special one of a kind events, Gina’s vision and talent surpassed our expectations. She and her coordinators arranged an amazing dine around, a private tour of a Kahala Estate, a “hands on” cooking class, a men/women golf game with a golf pro, and an outstanding Fashion Show. Further she coordinated every detail of every event including, music, decorations, talent and food! UndercoverWear is coming back to Hawaii next year. And Gina is already planning new and exciting events for us. Stated simply, Gina is a gem!

You can be assured that Gina will be very responsive and will cover all the details throughout the entire planning period.
